TAX PREP + BOOKKEEPING SUPPORT
✓ Monthly accounting & reconciliations: Our expert team will handle all aspects of your bookkeeping each month in QuickBooks online to keep your financials organized and up-to-date. We'll also take care of your adjusting journal entries to make sure your numbers are correct.
✓ Financial reports: Each month, you'll get reviewed financial statements showing your current financial picture so you can see how much money you're making.
✓ Tax prep: Our tax team will handle your annual business and personal tax return preparation, and will provide guidance on safe harbor minimum estimated tax payments for the upcoming year. Payroll tax return filing is also available.
✓ Year-round support: You get unlimited email support and weekly office hours with your accounting team, so we can really get to know your business and answer your financial questions as they come up.
Investment: Starts at $600 per month with an onboarding fee. Most clients invest between $600-800 per month.
MONTHLY TAX STRATEGY + ACCOUNTING SUPPORT
All that's included in Compliance Support, plus:
✓ Tax planning + strategy: You'll get biannual one-on-ones with your tax strategist CPA to update your financial and business goals and plans, and strategize on what you can do to save on your tax bill.
✓ Quarterly reviews + estimates: Each quarter, you'll have a one-on-one financial review with your senior accountant to review your financials for areas of opportunity. Our tax team will also review your financials every quarter, proactively inform you if we see any opportunities to save on taxes, and calculate how much you need to set aside for taxes based on your personalized business and tax plan.
